It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Niceville had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Tate Aggies a 3-0 shutout. Considering the Eagles have won 13 matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the seventh in a row for Niceville, bringing their record for this year to 16-3. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven games. As for Tate, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-5.

Niceville will be playing at home against Navarre at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Tate does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
