Basketball Recap: Roaring Fork Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Plateau Valley on Thursday, Roaring Fork came back down to earth. The Rams fell 72-65 to the Fort Lupton Bluedevils on Friday. While the Rams didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bluedevils 19-8 in the first quarter.

When it comes to explaining why Roaring Fork lost, don't look at Kiko Pena. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 15 points and 11 boards. Quentin Galbraith was another key player, putting up ten points and five steals.

Roaring Fork's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Fort Lupton, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
