Volleyball Recap: Anchor Bay Tars vs. L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders

Anchor Bay lost against L'Anse Creuse North back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tars fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 3-2.

Anchor Bay took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 25-16, 19-25, 21-25, 27-25, 15-11.

Leading L'Anse Creuse North to victory were O'Connor Aubrey and Olivia Kupke. Aubrey had 12 digs and four aces, while Kupke had eight digs and four aces. That's the most aces Aubrey has posted since back in September.

Anchor Bay has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-21-1 record this season. As for L'Anse Creuse North, their win ended a five-match drought on the road and puts them at 20-8.
