Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Bella Cirone stepped things up a notch to give Washington Academy the 'W'. Cirone made a splash, striking out 13 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. She was dominant the last time she took on Foxcroft Academy back in May of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Cirone has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than 11 strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.
