Volleyball Recap: Winsor Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with King

Winsor is ranked highly in their home state and on Wednesday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of King. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Vikings. Considering the last time the Wildcats couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-16, 25-12.

Winsor's loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 9-3. As for King, their victory bumped their record up to 21-0.

Winsor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for King, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Loomis Chaffee School on the 15th.
