Baseball Recap: Village Christian Academy Extends Road Winning Streak to Four

While Village Christian Academy didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the Northwood Temple Academy Eagles on Thursday. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Nathan Brooks made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. Brooks was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That triple marked the first that he hit this season.

In other batting news, Eli Guinn was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-5. Joseph Randolph was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
