Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Buncombe). They blew past the Enka Jets 14-4 on Tuesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Black Hawks considering their two-run performance the match before.

Dylan Silvers was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one double, and one RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Thomas Kirkpatrick, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs.

North Buncombe always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .581. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

North Buncombe's win bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Enka, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.

North Buncombe will have a chance to go back-to-back against Enka: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
