Baseball Recap: Yates Center Comes Up Short

Yates Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Uniontown Eagles, falling 21-6. One positive for the Wildcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Yates Center's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Uniontown, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Yates Center has already played their next contest, a 14-4 victory against Oswego on the 31st. Uniontown has also already played their next match (against St. Paul), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
