Softball Recap: Seminary Bulldogs vs. Magee Trojans
Seminary can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Magee Trojans as the Seminary Bulldogs made off with a 21-3 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for Seminary as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Carlyn Underwood was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing three bases. The team also got some help courtesy of Haley Quick, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Seminary's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Magee, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Seminary will face off against Mize at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Magee, they will head out on the road to challenge Jefferson Davis County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
