Meanwhile, St. Clair waltzed into their game on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Titans with a sharp 15-0 win. The Saints might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.
Gracie Pickelhaupt made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out ten over four innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two doubles, one triple, and two RBI. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Madisyn Treat was incredible, firing off two home runs, six RBI, and four runs while going 4-for-4. Those two home runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Maliyah Smith, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one triple.
St. Clair lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.
Utica Eisenhower's victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3. As for St. Clair, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-2.
