Volleyball Recap: Rangeview's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Tuesday

It was a good run, but Rangeview unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Denver South Ravens. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Raiders have suffered since March 25th.

While Rangeview ultimately came up short, they really made Denver South work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-20, 25-22.

Yahir Moreno Sanchez paced Rangeview's offense, picking up seven kills. Moreno Sanchez got some help from Felipe Prieto Suarez and his ten assists. Prieto Suarez was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Rangeview's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 8-6. As for Denver South, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 8-6.
