Columbus is a perfect 3-0 against Sumter County since February of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Blue Devils will square off against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Columbus will be looking to extend their current 11-game winning streak.

Columbus' defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Veterans. Columbus' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three games.

Meanwhile, Sumter County was able to grind out a solid victory over Hardaway on Thursday, taking the game 5-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for Sumter County.

Columbus pushed their record up to 13-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those five contests. As for Sumter County, their win bumped their record up to 8-6-1.
