Basketball Recap: Lazbuddie Comes Up Short

Lazbuddie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 68-30 loss at the hands of the Nazareth Swifts. The contest marked the Longhorns' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Lazbuddie's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Nazareth, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 13-8.

Looking ahead, Lazbuddie will challenge Happy at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Longhorns will need to watch out since the Cowboys have now posted at least 55 points in their last ten games. As for Nazareth, they will square off against Hart at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
