9-Man Region 2 (9 Man) recap September 17, 2013

Finley-Sharon/Hope-Page lost to Cavalier 56-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.

The Tornadoes led 9-Man Region 2 (9 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 56 points on the Spartan.

Ty Myron and Ty Myron gave Thompson a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Myron threw for 36 yards, while Myron ran for 207 yards. Malek Larimer also contributed to the rushing game with 65 yards on the ground.

Myron and Myron gave the Tommies a balanced attack in passing and rushing last week.

Myron was the most successful running back in the league this week.

Alex Weston was the best wideout in the league this week as North Star/Starkweather fell to Thompson. Weston tallied 9 receptions for 70 yards. Christian Kvilvang helped North Star/Starkweather's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 46 yards.

Myron put up the best numbers through the air as Brady Schwab's team defeated the Bearcats. Myron's favorite target this week was Calen Schwabe, who caught 2 passes for 46 yards.

North Star/Starkweather's Jayden Komrosky and Weston have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading 9-Man Region 2 (9 Man) in both passing and receiving yards. 5-10 quarterback Komrosky has thrown for 229 yards this season, while Weston has 16 catches for 218 yards. Myron from the Tommies leads the league in rushing with 668 yards.

An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Thompson takes on Finley-Sharon/Hope-Page. The Tommies are currently in third, while Chad Kainz's team is in second.

Cavalier had a great defensive game this week, leading the league in points allowed with 0.
