If Chaparral was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Tournament Opponent on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cowboys fell just short of the Rancho Rams by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Rancho this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in August.

Chaparral's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Rancho, their record now sits at 4-5.
