Basketball Recap: Highland Park Comes Up Short

Highland Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 70-3 loss at the hands of the Wellington Skyrockets. The matchup marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Highland Park's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Wellington, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-3.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Memphis the next time they take the court. Wellington will head out to face Memphis at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, while Highland Park will host them at 6:30 p.m. on December 31st.
