Volleyball Recap: Burr Oak Comes Up Short

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Burr Oak and Tekonsha have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Thursday. The Bobcats fell just short of the Indians by a score of 3-2. The Bobcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Indians earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Burr Oak's loss dropped their record down to 7-11-1. As for Tekonsha, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 3-16-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Burr Oak will head out to challenge Colon at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tekonsha, they will face off against Camden-Frontier at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Indians are facing the RedHawks at the right time seeing as the RedHawks are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
