Football Game Preview: Northwest Halifax Vikings vs. Warren County Eagles + Official Tickets

Northwest Halifax is 0-7 against Warren County since September of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Vikings will head out to square off against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Northwest Halifax will be strutting in after a victory while Warren County will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Northwest Halifax turned things around against Weldon on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Chargers 54-6. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Vikings considering their six-point performance the contest before.

Meanwhile, Warren County didn't have quite enough to beat KIPP P on Friday and fell 30-28.

Northwest Halifax will have to contain Graham Hosch as he made an impact in Warren County's last game. He rushed for 202 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries. With that strong performance, Hosch is now averaging an impressive 103.9 rushing yards per game. Amir Gamble was in the mix too, providing Warren County with one score.

Northwest Halifax's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 4-5. As for Warren County, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-2.

Northwest Halifax took a serious blow against Warren County in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 55-6. Can the Vikings avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
