Basketball Recap: Loganville Takes a Loss

Loganville lost against Winder-Barrow back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Loganville Red Devils fell to the Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs 58-54. While losing is never fun, the Red Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 201st, while the Bulldoggs are ranked 26th).

Loganville's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Winder-Barrow, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Loganville will face off against Alcovy at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Winder-Barrow, they will welcome Apalachee at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Winder-Barrow is coming into the game hot, having won their last seven games.
