After flying high against Abingdon last Friday, Richlands came back down to earth. The Blue Tornado lost 42-21 to the Lebanon Pioneers on Friday. The Blue Tornado have struggled against the Pioneers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Richlands now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Lebanon, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Richlands will face off against Grundy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Tornado will be up against the Golden Wave's rather soft defense (which has allowed 48.8 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Lebanon, they will square off against John Battle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pioneers will need to watch out since the Trojans have now posted at least 31 points in their last three contests.
