Monte Vista not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 25th (when they won 3-0). They blew past the El Cajon Valley Braves 3-0. The game was the first time the Monarchs have beaten the Braves on their court since October 22, 2021.

While Monte Vista won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19, 27-25.

Monte Vista's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for El Cajon Valley, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.
