Soccer Recap: Florence Christian Takes a Loss

If Florence Christian was feeling good fresh off their 7-3 takedown of King's Academy last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Florence Christian fell just short of the Wilson Hall Barons by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for Florence Christian in their meetings with Wilson Hall: they've now lost four in a row.

Florence Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Wilson Hall, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Florence Christian will host Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wilson Hall, they will head out on the road to square off against King's Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
