Soccer Recap: Rowe Comes Up Short

Rowe lost against Sharyland back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rowe Warriors fell just short of the Sharyland Rattlers by a score of 3-2. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 430th, while the Rattlers are ranked 116th).

Rowe's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Sharyland, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-3.

Rowe does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sharyland, they will challenge Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
