Softball Recap: School of the Future Comes Up Short

School of the Future was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 7-6 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wilson Magnet Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to School of the Future of the 13-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

School of the Future's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Wilson Magnet, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. School of the Future will head out to take on Northstar Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wilson Magnet, they will challenge Le Roy at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
