Lapel won the last time they faced Whiteland and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bulldogs walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Warriors.

Lapel got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Layla Graham out in front who had ten digs and one assist. The team also got some help courtesy of Addie Bodenhorn, who had nine digs and three assists.

Lapel has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-8 record this season. As for Whiteland, their loss dropped their record down to 7-13.

Lapel has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Monroe Central on the 29th. As for Whiteland, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Mooresville on the 30th.
