Baseball Recap: Holy Family Tigers vs. Pueblo County Hornets

Holy Family had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Pueblo County Hornets on Saturday as the Holy Family Tigers made off with a 13-6 win. Considering Holy Family has won 12 matchups by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Cole Kuszak made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over 5.2 innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits. Kuszak has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances. Kuszak was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with.
