Football Game Recap: Russell Christian Academy Warriors vs. Tuscaloosa Christian Warriors

The Russell Christian Academy Warriors extended their postseason success on Friday against the Tuscaloosa Christian Warriors. Russell Christian Academy walked away with a 30-22 win over Tuscaloosa Christian. The victory was nothing new for Russell Christian Academy as they're now sitting on four straight.

Aiden Burns was his usual excellent self, rushing for 121 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry, and also throwing for 148 yards and a touchdown. Ty Jones also helped out as he racked up 110 rushing yards.

Russell Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Tuscaloosa Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.

Russell Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Tuscaloosa Christian also has no future games currently scheduled.
