Volleyball Recap: Richmond Takes a Loss

Richmond lost against Hercules back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Oilers came up short against the Titans, falling 3-0. The Oilers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Richmond was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Hercules work for it, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-17, 26-24, 25-20.

Richmond's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Hercules, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Richmond will challenge Pleasant Hill Adventist Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hercules, they will host De Anza at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
