Arrowhead owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Tuesday. They won by a run and slipped past the Kettle Moraine Lasers 1-0. Those one runs were actually the fewest the Warhawks have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Kettle Moraine's batters probably weren't too happy with Peter Kussow, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 16 Ks (he gave up two walks). Kussow has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Arrowhead's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was PJ Hamel, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

The victory made it two in a row for Arrowhead and bumps their season record up to 4-2. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.5 runs across that stretch. As for Kettle Moraine, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

Arrowhead will have a chance to go back-to-back against Kettle Moraine: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
