Football Game Recap: Sheffield vs. Wooddale

Wooddale won the last time they faced Sheffield, and things went their way on Thursday, too. Wooddale were fully in charge, breezing past Sheffield 58-0. The high-flying offensive effort was a definite turnaround from Wooddale's flat performance the game before.

The win bumped Wooddale's record up to 5-2. Sheffield are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-7.

Wooddale will be playing at home against King Prep at at 7:00 PM next week. King Prep are limping into the match on a five-game losing streak. As for Sheffield, they will face off against Trezevant. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
