Volleyball Recap: Hamilton Titans vs. Rushville-Industry Rockets
Hamilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rushville-Industry Rockets. The shutout was out of character for the Titans seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in August.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-20.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rushville-Industry to victory, but perhaps none more so than Delaney Meyer, who had ten digs.
Hamilton's record now sits at 0-3. As for Rushville-Industry, their record is now 9-7.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mendon Unity at 7:00 p.m. on October 15th. As for Rushville-Industry, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Brown County at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
