Shadow Ridge hasn't had much luck against O'Connor recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Stallions will welcome the Eagles at 3:45 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
O'Connor will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Shadow Ridge extended their winning streak to three on Thursday. The Stallions were the clear victors by a 17-7 margin over West Point.

Shadow Ridge let Ryan McAfee and Kael Leon run wild. McAfee went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI, while Leon fired off two home runs and three RBI while going 2-for-3. That's the most home runs Leon has posted since back in February of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Emmitt Worthington, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
Shadow Ridge always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .575. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for O'Connor, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 10-7 win over Perry on Thursday. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Pumas recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
O'Connor got a massive performance out of Brent Sollars, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases and three runs. Another player making a difference was Mikey Gyde, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and two RBI.
Shadow Ridge's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for O'Connor, their victory bumped their record up to 14-4-2.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Monday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Shadow Ridge has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 6.9 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like O'Connor struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 8.6 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Shadow Ridge couldn't quite get it done against O'Connor in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 as they fell 8-5. Will the Stallions have more luck at home instead of on the road? Come back here after the game to get an analysis of the match and other baseball content.
