Basketball Game Preview: Lindbergh Eagles vs. Nathan Hale Raiders

The Lindbergh Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Nathan Hale Raiders at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Lindbergh took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. Everything went their way against Chief Sealth as Lindbergh made off with a 73-50 victory. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Nathan Hale earned an 85-74 win over Cedarcrest on Thursday.

Lindbergh pushed their record up to 13-10 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points over those games. As for Nathan Hale, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-18 record this season.
