Basketball Recap: Friday's Defeat Ends Dallas Jesuit's Winning Streak

After flying high against Irving last Tuesday, Dallas Jesuit came back down to earth. The Dallas Jesuit Rangers took a 60-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pearce Mustangs on Friday. The Rangers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

With the defeat, Dallas Jesuit broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-8. As for Pearce, their win bumped their record up to 18-8.

Dallas Jesuit is taking a road trip to take on Lake Highlands at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Highlands will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Dallas Jesuit surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pearce, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Irving at 7:00 p.m. Pearce is facing Irving at the right time seeing as Irving is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
