A&M Consolidated is 9-1 against Rudder since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Last Tuesday, A&M Consolidated came up short against Huntsville and fell 71-64. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 466th, while the Hornets are ranked 217th).

Meanwhile, Rudder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They took a blow against Huntsville, falling 98-62. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Rangers have suffered since February 9, 2024.

Rudder's defeat dropped their record down to 14-17. As for A&M Consolidated, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 13-19-1.

A&M Consolidated came out on top in a nail-biter against Rudder in their previous meeting back in January, sneaking past 63-60. The rematch might be a little tougher for A&M Consolidated since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
