Football Game Recap: Eagle Grove vs. Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS

After having lost a blowout to Roland-Story in their previous game, Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS was happy to find some success on Friday. Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS were fully in charge, breezing past Eagle Grove 49-0. The success represented a nice turnaround for Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS, who in their last game suffered a tough 14-46 loss.

The win got Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS back to even at 1-1. The defeat dropped Eagle Grove's record to 0-2.

Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS will look to defend their home turf next week against Forest City at 7:00 PM. As for Eagle Grove, they will face off against St. Edmond.
