Soccer Recap: Foothill Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Foothill was not quite Canyon's equal in the second half on Friday. They came up short against the Canyon Comanches, falling 3-0. Considering the last time the Knights couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

This is the second loss in a row for Foothill and nudges their season record down to 11-6-3. As for Canyon, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5-3 record this season.

Foothill wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Yorba Linda on the 29th. As for Canyon, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against El Dorado on the 29th.
