Baseball Recap: Linn Takes a Loss

Linn fell victim to Harrisburg and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Wildcats' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it six in a row.

Linn saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Craig Laughlin, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Linn's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Harrisburg, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Linn will host Belle at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Harrisburg, they will be playing at home against Quincy Notre Dame at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
