Baseball Recap: Killian Gets the Win

Killian never got on the board in their matchup on Friday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Colquitt County on Saturday. They came out on top against the Colquitt County Packers by a score of 10-5. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 15-5 loss the last time these two teams met.

The team relied heavily on Jonathan Acosta, who scored a run while going 1-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Scantlebury, who scored a run while going 1-for-4.

The victory got Killian back to even at 3-3. As for Colquitt County, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Killian will take on Hialeah Educational Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Colquitt County, they will face off against Ware County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
