Basketball Recap: Treynor Piles Up the Points Against Logan-Magnolia

Treynor entered their tilt with Logan-Magnolia on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They breezed by the Logan-Magnolia Panthers to the tune of 79-43. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 68-55 back in December of 2024.

Treynor pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.0 points per game. As for Logan-Magnolia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.

Treynor will welcome Audubon at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Treynor is facing Audubon at the right time seeing as Audubon is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Logan-Magnolia, they will head out on the road to face off against Missouri Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
