There's no place like home for Portland, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lansing Catholic Cougars on Tuesday. The Raiders not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 6th (when they won 3-0).

While Portland won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-15, 25-19.

Portland's victory bumped their record up to 15-7-2. As for Lansing Catholic, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 13-1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Portland will square off against Eaton Rapids at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lansing Catholic, they will head out to challenge Marshall at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
