The Huntsville Panthers will challenge the Hartselle Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Huntsville is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alabama's top teams: Hewitt-Trussville, who was ranked ninth at the time (Huntsville was ranked 16th). The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Huskies on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Panthers have suffered since October 29, 2024.

Meanwhile, Hartselle earned a 3-1 win over Decatur on Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-12, 27-29, 25-12.

This is the second loss in a row for Huntsville and nudges their season record down to 32-8. As for Hartselle, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 17 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 37-11 record this season.
