Dimond entered their tilt with West Anchorage on Saturday with 12 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 13. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 two weeks ago.

Dimond can attribute much of their success to Puao Asailevai, who had three digs and three aces. That's the most aces Asailevai has posted over her last two matchups.

Dimond's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for West Anchorage, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-17.

Dimond wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Kenai Central on the 27th. West Anchorage has also already played their next contest (against South Anchorage), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
