Softball Recap: Covina Comes Up Short

Covina fell victim to Saint Joseph and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Jesters, falling 14-0.

Covina's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6-1. As for Saint Joseph, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Covina will square off against Wilson at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Saint Joseph, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-4 victory against Chaparral on the 29th.
