Staley had already won 11 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it 12 on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Rock Bridge Bruins, sneaking past 4-2. Four seems to be a good number for the Falcons as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Staley's victory bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Rock Bridge, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 22-7.

Coincidentally, Staley and Rock Bridge will both be playing Glendale the next time they take the field. The Falcons will host the Falcons at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Bruins will play them later in the day, at 2:30 p.m.
