Recap: Alamosa Mean Moose vs. Bayfield Wolverines
The Alamosa Mean Moose were handed a two-point loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against the Bayfield Wolverines on Friday. Alamosa blew past Bayfield, posting a 58-8 victory at home. That 50 points margin sets a new team best for Alamosa this season.
Alamosa's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Morgan Ortega, who scored 12 points along with five assists and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaelin Garcia, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds.
Alamosa's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Bayfield, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.
