Fisher took a ten-run defeat the last time they faced off against Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bunnies sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Falcons on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Bunnies sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Fisher now has a winning record of 10-9-1. As for Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley, their loss was their 11th straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fisher will challenge Tremont at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley, they will take on Salt Fork at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
