Montevallo entered their tilt with Northside on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Rams. Montevallo's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

Montevallo pushed their record up to 11-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three matchups. As for Northside, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.
