Soccer Recap: Bethel Falls Short of Kennedy in the Playoffs

Bethel and Kennedy squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Bethel had to settle for second. They lost 4-0 to the Kennedy Eagles. The Jaguars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 4-2.

Bethel's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7-2. As for Kennedy, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-8-4.

Bethel does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kennedy, they will face off against De Anza at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. De Anza will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Kennedy surely won't give up without a fight.
