Sotomayor had been on a seven-game streak of scoring at least 55 points, but Brennan put an end to it on Tuesday. Sotomayor took a blow against Brennan, falling 87-22. The WILDCATS have struggled against the Bears recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, O'Connor waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They skirted past the Warriors 50-48. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted since December 1, 2023.

O'Connor's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-10. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for Sotomayor, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-11.

Sotomayor was able to grind out a solid win over O'Connor in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, winning 51-40. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sotomayor since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
